Our story

We began on the high plains helping neighbors structure the first and last hour of the day—work that grew into a full planning studio on U.S. Route 54.

Kitchen-table notebooks

Founder Eli Marsh drafted morning sequences for friends on rotating shifts in the Oklahoma panhandle. Pages listed times, cues, and one daily intention—nothing fancy, just clear.

2021

Evening plans added

Clients asked for matching wind-down routines. We added screen limits, short reflections, and bedroom prep steps that pair with morning work.

Studio on US-54

We opened at 626 US-54 in Guymon, Oklahoma, offering scheduled in-person sessions and video planning for clients across the country.

Today

Document-first planning

We remain a small U.S. studio—not a franchise. You leave with editable artifacts and honest scope: lifestyle planning, not clinical treatment.

What we publish—and what we avoid

Plain language

We write plans Americans can scan at 6 AM. No jargon, no pressure tactics.

Real households

Shift work, kids, and shared walls matter. Templates flex to your actual week.

Honest ads

Our marketing matches deliverables. Testimonials are labeled as individual experiences.
